Cancellation policy
I require at least 24 hours cancellation for all appointments. I am a small business and have to protect my income and clients. With this in mind I will charge the full fee for the appointment missed unless 24 hours notice has been provided. I am of course a human being and also know that sometimes life throws you curve balls that mean you cannot make the appointment. However, I would ask that you provide me with as much notice as possible and respect my cancellation policy
Inappropriate requests/clients under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs
I want to provide the best quality and level of care to all of my patients. However there may be some circumstances where I deem the patients request, their behaviour or state of physical and conscious control to be inappropriate. If this is the case I will inform the patient of my decision and my rationale behind this decision process. If I deem this inappropriate I reserve the right to refuse current and/or future treatments.
Complaints procedure
If you find that you wish to contact the Pelvic Pain Clinic over a matter which you feel to be unfair or unjust please address all correspondence to Karl Monahan. This can be emailed to karl@thepelvicpainclinic.co.uk
I take all complaints very seriously and will reply to your complaint within 48 hours
