Get a move on and join our Movement for Pelvic Pain Recovery webinar Led by Pelvic Pain Matters experts, Karl Monahan and Tim Beames

If the ache in your groin continues, despite course after course of pills, this webinar could help; our approach substitutes movement for meds and we have countless former sufferers who can testify that it works.
Join Karl and Tim for an interactive coaching session of powerful poses that can dowse the flames of a tender pelvis.

After the webinar you’ll be equipped with a toolbox of game-changing movements to help you gain control of CPPS.
The carefully composed schedule covers six principles of recovery, each underpinned with corresponding movements or strategies that can be easily adopted into busy daily schedules:

A – Avoidance. Healthcare professionals often advise sufferers to avoid certain activities, which
can in fact hamper recovery. The webinar provides an opportunity to evaluate
whether avoidance is negatively impacting symptoms and, if so, how best to
respond.

C – Context. Learn how the context in which activities are practised can drastically change
how they are experienced. Understanding context’s powerful impact on mind,
body and pain can aid CPPS recovery.

T – Timing. Explore why conducting the right movement activity at the right time is key to
long-term relief from pelvic pain. Also learn to recognise when a reduction in
activity will help prevent a flare-up.

I – Individual. Each person’s experience of CPPS is unique, so when it comes to treatment, one
size does not fit all. We respect each individual, enabling webinar participants to
create personalised movement strategies to support their healing.

O – Optimal. An optimal level of activity is crucial for relief from CPPS. Finding the ideal sweet
spot can both support and speed recovery. Webinar participants will be
encouraged to experiment with how their body responds to movement and
activity, opening the door to living pain free.

N – No looking back. CPPS sufferers are often stuck in a painful rut and unsure where to turn. Our
webinar will challenge participants to view things differently and not to be
defined by what they cannot do. By focusing on the plethora of positive
possibilities, together with planning, goal setting and projecting to a CPPS-free
future, there will be no looking back

Testimonials

Please find below a sample of some of my patient testimonials from over the years. I have not included them ALL here. Instead I have picked a handful of those that demonstrate a wide range of my skill sets, outcomes and patient opinions. I would therefore hope that you are able to gauge how I approach my methods of treatment. If you have any questions regarding any of these comments below or would like to know more about my treatment please contact me here

My aim is to take every individual patient I see and treat them as individuals. If I am not achieving this then I believe I am letting down that patient. It is therefore imperative that my approach is bespoke and tailored. Failure to do so is likely to result in an unsuccessful outcome.

From those testimonials listed below I hope to give you a flavour of what you can expect if you come and see me as a patient.
